|Ed Angell brings a broad managerial and executive experience of over 32 years to the DRS Health Team. His experiences and expertise include: Finance, Administration, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Inventory Control, Warehousing, Order Fulfillment, Mail Services, Distribution, Retail Sales, and Marketing. During his carrier he has held positions such as, General Manager, Director Building Services, Compensation Manager, Human Resources Manager, District Manager, Store Manager, Retail Manager, and Senior Sales Associate. He has received awards for Excellent Performance and has been a valued member of senior management throughout his carrier.
His management responsibilities have included Business Management Systems, Sales, Marketing, and Advertising; Purchasing, Inventory Control, Warehousing, and Showroom; Financial Controls and Reporting; Computer Systems, Software, and Network Administration; Management of Sales Staff, Service Staff, Fleet Management; FLSA, OSHA, and RHVAC Standards Compliance.
As Compensations Manager he developed and managed a National and International Compensation Program for approximately 1400 employees. As Director of Building Services, Mr. Angell was responsibility for all aspects of: Facilities, Grounds, Building Maintenance, Acquisition, Space Allocation and Design, Purchasing, Mail Services, Order Fulfillment, Distribution and Shipping. This included a 4 million dollar acquisition, design, renovation, space allocation, and occupancy of a newly acquired 79,000 SF office facility (completed on time and under budget).
Ed and his wife Shelly, have lived in Benson, NC for over 6 years. They will be celebrating their 23 year of marriage this October. We are pleased to have Ed Angell as part of our DRS Health Team.
