Where do I start?

If you have already been exercising, you can compare the exercises to what you are doing now, and pick the level that is right for you. If you have never exercised before, starting at the beginner’s level, at least for a couple of weeks, is recommended to reduce your risk of exercise-induced injury.In order to get started, you will need to take into account your current activity level and your Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI is a measurement of body fat, based on your height and weight. The risk of certain diseases, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, gallstones, breathing problems, and certain cancers, is related to your BMI. An increased amount of body fat can also lead to wear and tear on the joints, which can increase risk of exercise induced injury. With a higher BMI, it is highly recommended to start a new exercise regimen slowly and carefully, and let your body acclimate to the new activity.
